TALK

Talk to teens about the negative impacts of drug and alcohol use, including the effects on the developing brain. Help them find healthy ways to deal with stress and boredom.

TRACK

Count prescriptions, track amounts of alcohol and cannabis, and don’t be afraid to ask if something is missing.

SECURE

Alcohol, medication and cannabis in a secure place to reduce temptation.

Youth Support Group

Youth Support Group – Bi-weekly Zoom meetings run by Youth Peer Leaders. This is a safe non-judgemental space for youth to talk about past or current struggles that either they or a family member has experienced.
